ePOD-workflow

• Delivery team will bring an Android phone with ePOD app installed to capture ePOD data.
  
• After customer received the goods, delivery team member will use the mobile phone to scan the barcode or key in the document number in the ePOD app.
  
• Delivery team key in the amount collected in the ePOD app.
  
• Delivery team select appropriate POD status
  
• For redelivery or reject, delivery team selects appropriate reason code.
  
• Delivery team have the option to key in additional notes, capture picture or record voices.
  
• Delivery team press submit in ePOD app and the document will interface back to ePOD server.
  
• Once the document being submitted from ePOD app, delivery team need to contact transport admin staff to change the detail of the document.
  
• Transport admin staff verify the document and update additional data.
  
• After Transport admin staff verified the document, they will do batch submit or single submit the document to WMS/ERP.
  
• ePOD will disable the edit function for those documents which successfully interfaced to WMS/ERP.
